Whatever the FDA wants $ELTP to design IR SequestOx antagonist bead, it can easily be modified to contain upwards of 50 mg Naltrexone and higher if need to be. No stability is in any way jeopardized by higher contents of Naltrexone in any of $ELTP's ADFs!

The FDA wanted SequestOx as a more direct comparator to FDA approved Drug.

As for NDA ELI-201 and ELI-202 it will be very interesting what Naltrexone content will be.
