Read all the BSSP DD. The official word was the 8K. They do not have to do anything else until they do a symbol and name change. They already announced the merger, it is done! I suggest reading through each line of all BSSP DD posts! None of us are happy about the dilution but that is what happens when you do a merger with a new company. Shares change hands. Once it is over then BSSP can run HUGE ahead on more news and events as they are announced. Email or call them yourselves as other shareholders have done and posted in solid DD posts!
