RSP, I know you follow L2 and can read Charts.
L2: I don't see diluting MMs selling. It seems it's all retail - NITE is buying ETRF is selling.

With all this selling Accumulation line is all the way up. Go figure why.

BB indicates grossly oversold, RSI is at 30 and Williams%R is screaming "Buy". We shall see.

I don't tell anyone to buy or sell. It's OTC...one never knows what is going to happen.
Everyone should do their own DD and make their own conclusions.
