Anybody been paying attention to the level 2 quote on this recently? Seems like MMID ARCA has been on the Ask for at least 5+ trading days, putting constant pressure on the stock and not allowing for any appreciation, regardless of the amount of shares purchased at the Ask. And others just chip away at the bid because ARCA always jumps lower on the Ask blocking them and driving this lower and lower. Frustrating...
