Mary bought shares as a way to pump the stock. She buys a little and created a sense of hope. That people would think the pps will be going up soon and give the illusion that the company is doing good.
And all the while the CEO is selling billions of shares.
A little lose on her side. For bigger gains on his side.
The oldest trick in the book of SHARE selling scam artists. And it for some reason still works today. ,
