Hopefully the small DECN shareholder is paying attention.

For anyone with a cost basis below .35/share, you've had a wonderful opportunity to cash out.

Nothing lasts forever, hedge funds are heavily in play again, and it appears that DECN is unloading common stock at a ridiculous rate right now. O/S common shares have apparently increased 10% or nearly 6 million shares in just the first four months of 2016.

As I've said all along here, this is a pump-n-dump type of security. You can make money here, but dump it quick and run for the hills.....Just like the hedge funds do.
