RSP, I don't know what you base your judgement on, but in my long career I was involved in product design, launching and marketing.
IMO Tom is doing what is the most important at this time and in one month he's in NGCG - here is what he's achieved:

HE HAS CREATED A GREAT BUSINESS MODEL, which is in itself usually takes companies months to develop. (see the link to my earlier post)

In the meantime the new products have been design, truck loads of caps are being manufactured and delivered, new design for 99c store is developed and produced with the lightening speed, new way of store and selling the products via Amazon is in place!

So instead of bitching and moaning lets give Tom Kim a credit and support.
