Nothing like the continuation of an obvious stepdown pattern complete with low volume pops and big volume drops to get investors excited!

When a pump & dump penny stock plummets on MILLIONS in selling, then climbs back to the opening price on less than 200k, it's nothing to be bullish about. In fact, this type of price action is the #1 red flag identifying a likely pump & dump.
