Regarding Disney rumor and property purchased recently. Reply 5/9/16 from Mr. Campo:
The property was purchased several years ago by Erasmo Almanza, a Director of NEWC with his own resources. At the right time we will transfer title to JV, or NEWC subsidiary in Colombia, Comapnia Minera San Jose Ltda., 51% owned by NEWC and 49% by Mr. Almanza.
Erasmo and I own Preferred A shares that convert into 51% of the common (see 10K filed in 2015) so our interests are aligned with our shareholders.
Our resources are used to develop our operations, aggregate mining and medical cannabis products. We're pursuing partnerships for the water project and another we have in the pipeline. We would like to use this reservoir as a model to build another in Guaduas, where we own mining titles. Unfortunately, water is projected to be scarce and these projects are needed.
