I agree and in my opinion, that is intentional deception - which is fraud.

And don't forget the fact that The Clown CEO doesn't have a grasp of the calendar. Proof of this is readily available in many of his own press releases in which he tries to entice traders by using time relevant terms and then doesn't follow through.
