That is a ridiculous analysis! I guess Warren Buffet must be the dumbest person on the planet then. His stock sells for 216k per share. Under your logic he and his shareholders would be better off if he did a million for 1 stock split to get the price per share down to 25 cents. Hell every comp[any trading over a dollar should split and get back in penny land and off the major exchanges. The reason for asking for the approval to reverse split is to have the authority to get the share price high enough to qualify for up listing to the Nasdaq where there is much more exposure and stability.
