That is precisely it-as soon as share price reaches my BE level, I will run and never look back. Even though this company has all attributes of being a legit start up, in reality it is all about enriching a very narrow circle of individuals through....... equity compensation, convertible notes, equity warrants, equity based merfers, equity this.................it is all about "equity-based" aka massive dilution, well in life when someone gets rich on "equity", someone gets poorer the same time, retail and common shareholders are losers here because they convert real cash into paper that is rapidly becoming worthless, while management and affiliates converting paper in real cash and that is why market doesn't like it any more, since by now it knows what really goes on here. 2 trips by Nelson to Fox news didn't do it, in fact volume dried up. Good luck to you too. But remember the more they issue shares and, it doesn't matter under what pretenses, the faster that float is getting increased limiting any chances recovering any money. imo
