Tom Kim's Name Dragged Through The Mud?

Tom Kim, all positive background and prior history. No issues ... and 100% direct on questions and comments on the conference call.

1. Tom Kim will release a statement to shareholders Monday on the current situation and be forthright, or

2. Tom Kim has taken a backseat to someone else to run New Gen (sort of like how Chuck Morrison was silent and Phil did all the communicating) and we will not hear anything.

If #1 ... why would Tom Kim allow his clean background to be dragged through the mud? I haven't a clue.
