Chairman Mr. Liu. and Dr. Liu Peng. Your Communist Party of China (CPC) politician has a Masters degree.

Liu is pretty common name. I found 56,595 LinkedIn profiles of people with Liu in their first name and 901,312 in their surname. Also there were 200 Liu Peng's and 534 Liu Xiao's in my network.
