If the transaction has closed, it would make sense for Canteck to actually be issued the shares.

David Alexander and a representative of Canteck (Diana Zhabilov) reportedly say the deal is done.

People are posting information from the TA and it does not show that restricted shares have been issued.

Now, if the TA said something that suggested the Outstanding Shares had increased and that 2,220,863,404 shares were restricted well, maybe the deal did close and David Alexander simply forgot that closing is important.

But nope, not even the TA can give us a sliver of hope that the deal is closed.

You can call me a basher, but the reality is that nothing substantive proves the deal actually happened.

I want to be rich as well, so I would like to have proof that a deal is real. Recent share price is indicative of more people thinking like me.

BSSP needs something substantive to kick it back into gear.
