Brian Sandoval might veto it if pressure from the tourist industry kicks in strong.

Rick Scott will absolutely veto it if it ever passes. (Get Real, just look at the guys picture. The only illegal smoking he would ever allow is Cubans for his cronies).

So 1 maybe 2 states to approve it. Still good. I'm betting on the DEA to remove the illegal out of Medical MJ as the principle share price mover along with increased build-outs of dispensaries. I don't see any southern states approving rec. in my life time. Thankfully, I'm pretty old!!
