Our annual revenue being around $20,000.00, our lost is around 5 million annually, we have signed over 20 contracts/deals in the past 3 years but unfortunately none of them was executed; not our CEO's fault, we hope you can understand, shits happened all the time. We have sold some extremely toxic convertible, about a few million dollars, we can't give exact amount, too many..... We have difficulties in filing the 10K, not sure what are the difficulties, aah, that's the auditor, and we can't say when we will file the 10K... sorry, so much to be reported, end of discussion.
