Just last month (April of 2016) alone, 7,000,000 New Free shares to dilute, see the link below by yourself! The company keeps losing huge amount of money and burn the cash very quickly! To survive, they have to dilute the shares to the inocent PTX investors! You need to ask the company (not me) "how they dilute those 7M shares" and how many shares are still left now?
