Nvidia announced Pascal. But Chucky D says "metal" problems...

It's TSMC 16nm but now he is suggesting it is a problem similar to bumpgate with the title: Things go bump(gate) in the night for Nvidia’s GP100 Pascal GPU. The rest is behind his firewall as per usual. But he does hint that something serious is wrong.

They announced two fairly expensive and high end parts. Availability will be the key I guess and we won't know the extent of the problems until higher volume parts emerge.

"It looks like the bane of Nvidia, metal problems, are back on the Pascal GPU. After the working Pascal no-show at GTC, SemiAccurate dug in and found a really messy problem for the company"
