More on Utah and 'Strategic Relocation' -
Looking closer at the 'Biodiversity and Wildlands Project USA' map, Salt Lake City Utah is a main 'smart growth zone' in the Western US (along with Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver). These will be the approved 'human habitation zones' under Agenda 21.
So Skousen may be right about Utah. He picked Utah as the best strategic relocation spot in the US because it's surrounded by desolate desert and thus protected from an influx of displaced people after a nuclear war, EMP attack, economic collapse, etc.
If you were living in rural Utah, you would have the best chance of surviving these calamities, and then when Agenda 21 is implemented you could just move into the Salt Lake City area and be in compliance with the Agenda 21 goons. So Utah does look like a good choice. Joel Skousen is also a Mormon, so for him Utah is ideal from that perspective, and he points out that Mormons in general are one of the most self sufficient and well prepared people around.
