And yes, "the already converted toxics" have their prices fixed - at 50-70% below the price they were dumped at.
Future conversions have not "had their prices fixed". That will happen when they find buyers at X, then cover those sales at 40% of X from the company.
Remember 80% of the trades during the last period where the O/S was reported were newly issued shares.
The dumping of toxic debt continues.
