What gives you any confidence in that? Deals thought that a ilns would get an offer around 130 mil or so... I'm sure he is not thinking that anymore. What are you hoping for at this time?
It seems like the best option is to walk away because they will need to keep issuing shares to stay afloat. I'm not sure what you mean positive end for shareholders who are in the current range. Unless something happens soon they will keep issuing more shares and we will be at another RS again.
I do agree that Shire wanting to go fwd is a good sign, but it does not mean any milestone payments for ilns anytime soon. So, that takes back to a company without any funds. I believe Maza recently started to look to get more pre clinical data to start the process all over again.
