shrs in a change of ownership filed in April.
They invest in new environment friendly cos.
With that said they have the voting power on the
23 million plus shrs.

This alone is a vote of confidence at this level
under a penny vs a 1.10...
I'm continuing to add to my position now with
My avg @ 0.0026.

Mgmt seems shareholder friendly with updates.
Once they complete their contracts and with renewals
you could see revenues later this year....
