I guess it's to the note holders advantage to convert than wait for payment? 10% yearly premium cash payment vs 50% premium on conversion? Maybe saw the S-1, and wanted to make more instead of only being paid 10% premium yearly? That is the only thing that makes sense to me.

$900k note for any company not making sales yet is instant death by dilution! Lesson learned! SMH

10-K states if fully diluted, 1.2+ billion OS. And that's at higher PPS. So there is about $300k left to dilute probably...

Need a juicy PR or will see this .0001 soon? Don't see dilution stopping now that flood gates are open.

Sorry to all who took my DD as a sure winner. Dilution was only wildcard and it was handled poorly by company.

Still hope for a turnaround? Sure. Anytime soon? Unlikely.
