Carlton Huxley did NOTHING for us. We are back at square one with a new lawfirm.

Also, being secret about this process is ridiculous. We are not at war- we want to go to court. I know you have all heard about the discovery process. It is there so there are no secrets on either side. I sent my trading records to the lawyer and I hope they force the DTC to recognize my right to certs. That is all the new lawyer wants to do, but I am afraid the contingency fee won't be large enough in the end to warrant action by a law firm of this caliber.

Kudos to Todd for getting their attention though. They appear to be first rate.
