Harmonic's license expiry is 5/31. Everybody thought after Klean's license expiry they should announce something, Klean's license expiry is totally irrelevant at this juncture. Klean has a reputable business, they will renew it or probably have already, since their's expired already on 4/30. It's Harmonic's license expiration everyone should be concerned about, not Klean's. Having said that, if Harmonic doesn't renew their license by that time and I'll give another 2 weeks for grace period, assuming there is one, so, if they don't renew license, that should be a sign that they are probably going to merge with Klean and use Klean's license when they merge, if they do renew, to me it's considered that Klean is not going to merge with ASUV. Hopefully I was help. To me, that's the logic. Now, I am not saying that news may not come in now till June, there might be merger news this coming Monday, or next Monday, in all reality, license expiry of Harmonic shouldn't hinder the merger, if a merger is going to happen, it would happen, but if Klean is waiting for license expiry to make a deal official, to me there is no logic behind it. But, maybe, there are other legal issues about going public. Sometime in June is enough time to find out considering how long Klean has been wanting to go public, how long it takes for merger to consummate, and how long to put all the pieces together, that's plenty of time. My understanding is that rumor started circulating around Feb, that's about 4 months into June, provided that they haven't started on this before the rumor started out. June would be the best bet, either yes or no.
