I am still looking to find where it says that they made a buisiness decision to buy that land for $65K with no water because it was cheaper.
This is and has always been a scam by scammers IMO. When the intent is to sell shares and the "operations" are merely to support that, people should go to Jail.
Again IMO...apparently the law says otherwise.
