I also think the financials should have been filed, or we should know exactly why they were not. It may very well be much more complicated than we know. As far as a write down, there was never a write up on the financials for any reserves. If you look back on the financials the Property asset never increased other than when they acquired more property. Like when they increased their percentage ownership etc.
