What about a class-action lawsuit for $1Trillion, only 5% of current US National Debt, on behalf of 140Million Americans suffering from chronic pain - everyone kicks in $10 bucks, less than 1 day of drugs, giving the action a legal war chest of $1.4Billion. Claim could implicate FDA as complicit and a co-conspirator in causing further addiction, deaths and damages to Americans forced to take drugs for pain. $1.4Billion buys a lot of lawyer time!
