Your word from "the word" said this company was making millions in net profits. Unfortunately for those who believed "the word" have been taken advantage of big time. The CEO clearly stated in the last shareholder letter that this company has accumulated huge debt.

Hilarious. This issue deserves a STOP SIGN and the company doesn't have the money to pay for the K or the re-audits that are almost surely required.
