the only thing verifiable in your claim is that the O/S is different then stated... it may mean something, it may not, he may have lied, but he may have not...

his claim that it would 15 by Friday was a bullish claim, it still doesn't mean the market can't hold a relative price based upon the 10k and other news.

good idea to check up though.
