Funny you keep mentioning the PPS not mattering. It clearly matters. You make many excuses for why things are the way they are. And Lorraine hasn't accomplished much with RXSF besides a failed reverse split, failure to lock in a deal, and failure to meet Q2 projections. But of course PPS doesn't matter if your management because your issuing yourself free shares.
