Same question for Charles Branscum. Yes, that's.....

his last name. 8MM shares are missing.

12-31-14 the 10K says he owns 15,000,000 shares on page 27: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1106213/000119983515000091/seafarer_10k-06335.htm

The Form 4 just filed says he now owns 35,000,000 shares a/o 5-3-16, as he acquired 20MM more.

But the 2015 10K on page 28 says the following......

During the year ended December 31, 2015 the Company paid a fee of 8,000,000 restricted shares of its common stock to Mr. Branscum, valued at $48,000, in exchange for his participation as a member of the Board of Directors.

So now 14MM shares are missing between the two.

Can anyone explain this?
