Sure, that's why Andy and his cronies are running the PnD...

they have MILLIONS of shares to sell.
They need to get some money, maybe a vacay is in order!
Wash Rinse Repeat.
Traders just need to know when to sell, so any profit that might be on paper, will turn into real money. Can't get greedy and think it will go "higher". Just get out with the profit. When this happens, the price, will naturally go back down.
The thing about a PnD no one knows exactly when things will explode and deflate.. except the insiders.
Not sure... but I think that is why it is against the law.
