How are you poised for a nice run>? The company has so many shares outstanding the stock is at no bid.
They have no cash or any way of raising any cash - but selling shares

Again .. they must R/S the current shareholders to nothing - and if they do they must sell massive amounts of NEW shares just to keep the doors open ( to pay for their boats, cars and vacation homes ) .. further diluting the current share holders to ZERO
