You're not understanding the process.

Bio nitrogen will not be 'burning ' biomass. That's not how it works. There is heat involved but it's not just burn - exhaust.

Second. Florida has the highest biomass resources than any other state. It has one of the highest tree and plant trimmings in the states since it is not prone to seasonal downturns ( I admit I see this in their Prs but you can also read from the Florida Energy Systems Consortium ). Biomass is not just wood. It's all the pulp, waste byproducts of farming, land clearing ( there are so many developments in Florida) animal waste etc etc.

There are extensive train and logistical transportation lines in that area due to paper processing. Georgia pacific cellulose fibers from trees for instance.

It is in the northwest corner of Florida in order to transport post processed biomass both back to Florida downstate and states north and west.

Doesn't matter if Taylor has or has no biomass. The state does and it's a good location to take in the states feedstock and convert / transport fertilizer both in and out of state. It is not burning it.

I would also look at other sources of effects to your health other than the plant down the road. Not saying there is or is not. But if you are too focused on one thing you may be missing something else
