I cannot find any link, but I did see this from November, 2015, which gives me pause. I had not seen it previously.

Vis Vires always seems to haunt me. They did a similar deal with EGYH, which is another company that looks fantastic on paper, but hasn't really done anything worth talking about.

I am long on SCIE, but I am inlcined to go knock on their door in Sorrento Valley and see what kind of operation they really have running.

Any opinions on this transaction?
