There is NO constitutional challenge to repeal HERA in the legal mill. This would have been the express train to resolving all this garbage. If it were filed after conservatorship was imposed, this entire matter would have been dismissed, one way or the other, years ago. And why, you ask, was the constitutional card not played? Could it be because repealing the legislation wouldn't trigger some immediate, enormous payoff for hedge funds? Could that be why action focused on the Court of Claims?

These actions are far less founded in concerns of matters of law than the lure of big money.
