They won't deny or confirm, they are very tight lipped about this. I've asked them (only one time) when they plan on going public approximation and what method, I've asked them, whether it was going through direct public offering or an IPO, didn't mention anything about merger or anything like that. This is a 50/50 chance and if it all comes through, oh my!!! it will be monstrous ride.
