To raise a small amount of $ ZEN is doing a rights offering 15 rights to buy 1 share at .75 to owners of stock only .

This is how the bash has impaired Zen's ability to raise cash at reasonable market values .

All good as still no dilution or free shares to a broker ect .

Big news always goes hand in glove with rights in these situations so the price will pop back up .
