technically Bavi didn't make the end-points.

lol there's an understatement. The trial was stopped for futility remember?

It is therefore not impossible that while we think that there is insufficient data to successfully file for a BLA in this study, PPHM files anyway

Not impossible - too funny. Is that a high probability item?

clearly within the context that PPHM should not be doing a PIII but was outside its will FORCED into one because the FDA licensed our CRO

There is nothing at all "clear" about this. Total speculation no one at company ever said anything like that.

In other words: SUNRISE was DESIGNED with an OUTPERFORMING CONTROL ARM as part of the possibilities and has PROVISIONS for it.

Yes so bavi likely did very poorly in Sunrise relative to control.

I do not EXCLUDE the BLA. ... I'd prefer that they DO NOT file BLAs based on CHEMO combo's. But that is my PERSONAL OPINION because I am NOT short of time and prefer the IMO bigger potential of I-O alone then the short term CHEMO potential

Funny. They could do a bla (sure but it would not be approved from a failed PIII) but you prefer they don't lol Chemo is not going away btw. And if bavi COULD get a bla (it an overwhelmingly unlikely longshot at best) there would be a huge payoff for shares and it would raise the share price to a point where they could do reasonable ATM fund raising. So your "I prefer they don't" makes 0 sense if you believe a bla would be approved, Remember pphm currency and funding is atm share sales. You want them to sell the company at $.33 rather than a post bla price?
