(PINKSHEETS: IPCY) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with NOVAK CAPITAL LLC; Novak Capital has agreed to work as International Pharmacy Outlets Inc.'s investor relations group. The group's list of clients boasts very prominent and successful past and PRESENT clients in industries such as: precious metals, telecom, oil properties and explorations as well as radio & advertising segways.
