Of course they will, they need a lot more money to start their transition into alternate energy, not that they will quit producing oil, they're just being smart by diversifying.
Also consider that when/if they take Aramco public albeit only 5%, they will benefit much more if oil prices are much higher, the higher they are the more attractive and profitable Aramco's investors will be.
