Thank you for sharing this. From my non-legal perspective, this CA is finished. Can't see any sane judge allowing this to move any further. That presiding judge appeared plenty sane (to me) from his comments. There does need to be a mandatory retirement age for judges (including the Supremes) - JMO. smile

Some other thoughts - The Internal Review update of the Phase II trial took ~3 months (Sept. 24, 2012 to Jan. 7, 2013 - with Christmas / New Year's holiday period in between) We are now 2 months and 10 days past the interim look-in stop. ASCO is less then 30 days away. I believe we should be hearing something regarding the path forward within the next 30 days.
