How can someone be so stupid not to vote - everyone must vote and my vote will be against their proxy request to issue of more stock. Vote No!

Now if E & F give back their very lucrative producer’s fees that they net and us shareholders pay all expenses for I would vote for an increase, but not the two billion.

Right now E & F makes a lot more money then FMLY the way they have it set up.

I hope someone on this board or HSM board can make it to the FMLY proxy vote and ask the E & F team many questions that need to be addressed. Anyone going?
