Ed, maybe you can shed some light on this but what advantages would Mel have selling a company he poured his heart and sole into for many years to sell to a man whose purpose would be to drive this company right into the ground? From what we heard, Mel and other formal management still own stock so if I were Mel, I would do my best to sell to someone who can make this company great again. Most of us know that DNA sold for over a dollar once upon a time so wouldn't it make sense for Adrian to bring this back to the glory days? He doesn't have to re-event the wheel (hence he has the recipe already) to a great drink but instead, figure out how to market it better and compete in the energy drink space for a way bigger return long term. It's not a dispute if this company had a real product but if it can be sold again for even greater returns.
