they are in a new sector and like most other penny stocks they need to borrow money to fund their operations

i see their agreement with river north as a sign that they are moving away from toxic debt and attracting more friendly equity, and as you said their sales are expanding and the future is looking bright at these levels

$5M is a lot and i expect that it will keep them from issuing death spiral financing and shares will only be diluted from "time to time" and not at huge discounts which should give this stock plenty of opportunities to regain proper market evaulation
