When the CEO says ALL is as expected ... what does that mean to you?

To me that means that there has been no delay in closing.

Because a delay is unexpected.

See ... the 8-K told people to hold and guess who has been selling?

Debt/Noteholders who converted.

Disappointment may be on the menu.

When it comes to stocks dependent on some event ... it's not worth holding through the event.

Much better to buy after it's announced. Saves you from 50% (sometimes more) haircuts and you are rarely given 100% instant gains for holding through.

Would love to be surprised though.
