"They requested anonymity because the discussions are confidential" , interesting how these "reporters" always get an inside scoop. That would be considered privalaged information of which could be deemed insider information and the informants job plus criminal action. So I especially take any story from rueters with a huge grain of salt. If this story came from Canada the owner teppers is a billionaire hedge fund manager.
