How much money do you have to lose before you realize VPCO is a money sucking SCAM? The toxic dumping haven't stopped as you can clearly see over 150M today. Why would the company approve a 1:20,000 R/S knowing it will wipe out all shareholders? They did it so that the warrant holders can continue their massive dumping. Who are these warrant holders and why are they being allowed to dump as much as they want with almost no restriction? Could it be that the warrant holders are really part of the management SCAM? If management issue new shares daily causing the pps to drop, that would be considered horrible. But if management takes out a load and give warrants as payment, well I guess some think that's ok, but to me it's worst because management is trying to make it look like they have clean hands when someone else is dumping. This is the definition of a SCAM company run by greedy con men.
